Am letzten Freitagvormittag, so eine Nachricht aus Moskau, wurde in einem Wetterexperiment die Auflösung von Wolken über dem Zentrum der russischen Hauptstadt durchgeführt. Ein skurriler Professor, der mit seinem merkwürdigen »Fliewatüüt« einen schrulligen Klamauk aufführt? Oder unbeholfenes »In-Szene-Setzen« russischer Fähigkeiten des Geo-Engineering, wie es Obama kürzlich im großen Stil forderte? Wie weit können die Mächtigen tatsächlich das Klima schon manipulieren? Sind Chemtrails vielleicht doch keine Verschwörungstheorie?

In einem kleinen Filmbericht sieht jener Professor Dmitrij Rototajew ganz harmlos aus und steht vor einem äußerst wenig futuristischen Gestell, das eher an eine Frankenstein-Apparatur erinnert. Es soll nicht mehr Energie verbrauchen als ein Wasserkocher. Damit will er gleich im Stadtbezirk Arbat die »Wetterkorrektur« durchführen, sagt er. Das Gerät soll Ionen emittieren, die auf die Wolken wirken und sie in eine Höhe hinauftreiben, wo sie keine Regenwolken mehr sind.

Aha.

Tatsächlich kursiert seitdem ein Film im Netz, der genau das zeigt. Diese kreisrunde Wolkenformation ist mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit nicht natürlich. »Tschischewski-Kronleuchter« wird dieses Phänomen genannt – und tatsächlich habe sich der Regen verzogen, das Wetter aufgeheitert und es habe sofort wieder angefangen zu regnen, als das Gerät abgestellt wurde, berichten Augenzeugen des Versuches.

Und dann sagt der knuddelige Professor in der Filmaufzeichnung seines Experimentes, dass mit diesem Klapperatismus hinter ihm eine Versuchszone von etwa fünf Quadratkilometern bis mittags frei wird von Regenwolken, und dass die Wolken nicht ausgepresst würden WIE ÜBLICH.

Die ahnungslose Bevölkerung von Ostengland wurde im Geheimen mindestens 76 Mal mit der giftigen Mischung besprüht.

Mike Kenner ist jemand, der sich für eine offene Regierung einsetzt (Open Government campaigner) und über die Tests in Norwich und Bedford stolperte. Seine Entdeckungen hatten zwei Regierungsuntersuchungen zur Folge.

Die Untersuchung der Tests

Im Monat November 1998 veröffentlichte der Sunday Telegraph einen Exklusivbericht von Rob Evans und Andre Gilligan. Darin wurde aufgedeckt, dass Forscher des Chemical Defence Experimental Establishment (CDEE – Experimentieranstalt für Chemiewaffenverteidigung) in Porton Down in der Vergangenheit große Teile des Vereinigten Königreichs mit einem giftigen Gemisch einer Chemikalie – Zink-Cadmium-Sulfid – besprühte.

Zum Zeitpunkt des Artikels war ich bereits als Open Government campaigner daran beteiligt das Verteidigungsministeriums aufzufordern mehr Informationen bezüglich der öffentlichen Experimente zur biologischen Kriegsführung des militärischen Forschungsparks Porton Down in den Jahren 1963 – 1975, welche in meiner Gegend in South Dorset durchgeführt wurden, freizugeben.

Nachdem verschiedene Abgeordnete und besorgte Anwohner Druck machten, gab das Verteidigungsministeriums schließlich bekannt, dass sie wieder einmal eine unabhängige Prüfung beauftragen würden, welche mögliche Gesundheitsschäden durch die Zink-Cadmium-Sulfid Tests in der Öffentlichkeit untersuchen würde.

Das war die zweite unabhängige Untersuchung, welche seitens des Verteidigungsministeriums in den späten 90er Jahren eingeleitet wurde.

Die erste Überprüfung, durchgeführt von Professor Brian Spratt, untersuchte alle möglichen Gesundheitsschäden von Bewohnern Südenglands, die der massiven Besprühung von lebenden Bakterien, welche während der Porton Down Dorset Defence Tests in Umlauf gebracht wurden, ausgesetzt waren.

Während der darauffolgenden Jahre nutzte ich die Open Government Gesetzgebung – wie den Leitfaden zum Zugang zu Regierungsinformationen – um weitere Informationen über die Zink-Cadmium-Sulfid Feldversuche in Erfahrung zu bringen.

Die Debatte um die Möglichkeit, mittels Geoengineering das Klima der Erde zu beeinflussen indem man die Atmosphäre mit Aerosol- Partikeln anreichert, hat sich von Spekulation hin zu einer ernsthaften Erwägung bewegt und war kürzlich ein zentraler Punkt bei einer Arbeitsgruppe der National Academy of Science. Gleichzeitig warnte ein führender Professor der Rutgers-Universität bei diesem Treffen, dass das Herumpfuschen am empfindlichen Ökosystem des Planeten Hungersnöte und Dürren auslösen und das Leben von nicht weniger als einem Drittel der Weltbevölkerung bedrohen könnte. Der Plan, um Aerosole (Staubpartikel) in die obere Stratosphäre der Erde zu verschießen mit der Absicht, den Planeten abzukühlen und die angeblich wachsenden Effekte der globalen Erwärmung abzuschwächen, sollte laut Dan Schrag von der Harvard-Universität als eine „Notfallmaßnahme“ im Zuge der Klimakrise betrachtet werden. The Obama administration’s announcement to explore “geo-engineering” the environment in the name of preventing global warming has given fresh impetus to concerns about whether such programs are already underway in the guise of chemtrails.

Chemtrails differ from ordinary contrails in that they hang in the sky for hours and are often observed to be emitted from planes that fly criss-cross routes, leading to the formation of ‘X’ and grid-like patterns in the sky. Chemtrails also directly effect localized weather by turning a clear blue sky into a hazy overcast.

Last year, a KSLA news investigation found that a substance that fell to earth from a high altitude chemtrail contained high levels of Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver. Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature. The newscast focuses on Barium, which its research shows is a “hallmark of chemtrails.” KSLA found Barium levels in its samples at 6.8 ppm or “more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA.”

KSLA also asked Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, about the effects of Barium on the human body. Ryan commented that “short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and that long term exposure causes blood pressure problems.” The Poison Control Center further reported that long-term exposure, as with any harmful substance, would contribute to weakening the immune system, which many speculate is the purpose of such man-made chemical trails.

Indeed, barium oxide has cropped up repeatedly as a contaminant from suspected geoengineering experimentation.

KSLA also put aerosolized-chemical testing in its historical context, citing a voluminous number of unclassified tests exposed in 1977 Senate hearings. The tests included experimenting with biochemical compounds on the public. KSLA reports that “239 populated areas were contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969.”

The announcement this week that the Obama administration has held discussions regarding the possibility of “geo-engineering” the earth’s climate to counter global warming by “shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays” has stoke fresh concerns that similar programs are already underway, and that chemtrails are directly connected to such experimentation.

Indeed, as we covered in previous article, numerous universities and government agencies have been conducting studies in this field for years.

In addition, the Obama administration’s interest in exploring “geo-engineering” mirrors recent publications penned by the elite Council On Foreign Relations.

In a document entitled Geoengineering: Workshop on Unilateral Planetary Scale Geoengineering, the CFR proposes different methods of “reflecting sunlight back into space,” which include adding “small reflecting particles in the upper part of the atmosphere,” adding “more clouds in the lower part of the atmosphere,” and placing “various kinds of reflecting objects in space either near the earth or at a stable location between the earth and the sun.”

The proposals in the CFR document match exactly the atmospheric effects observed in the aftermath of chemtrail spraying.

An excellent new video summarizing concerns about chemtrails entitled Geoengineering and Eugenics has just been released by Media Rival Productions. This footage shows huge windowless airplanes dispersing chemtrails, as well as aircraft that appear to turn chemtrail emissions on and off in mid-flight. The fact that something is being deliberately dispersed is clear from the video and cannot be confused with crop-dusting which is done by light aircraft at low altitudes.

This video is a fantastic summary of the chemtrail issue and needs to go viral. We need to push the issue of chemtrails to the forefront of public awareness and force the corporate media to cover the subject. Only then will cracks begin to appear in the unified wall of denial that authorities have erected around the issue thus far.

Yesterday the Associated Press reported that the Obama administration has held discussions regarding the possibility of “geo-engineering” the earth’s climate to counter global warming.

The AP report states that Obama’s science advisor John Holdren is pushing for radical terra forming programs to be explored such as creating an “artificial volcano”. Despite Holdren’s admission that such measures could have “grave side effects,” he added that, “we might get desperate enough to want to use it.”

Such ideas exactly mirror those put forth by the CFR in previous years.

The Associated Press reports today that the Obama administration has held discussions regarding the possibility of “geo-engineering” the earth’s climate to counter global warming by “shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays.” However, such programs are already being conducted by government-affiliated universities, government agencies, and on a mass scale through chemtrail spraying.

The AP report states that Obama’s science advisor John Holdren is pushing for radical terra forming programs to be explored such as creating an “artificial volcano”. Despite Holdren’s admission that such measures could have “grave side effects,” he added that, “we might get desperate enough to want to use it.”

“Holdren, a 65-year-old physicist, is far from alone in taking geoengineering more seriously. The National Academy of Science is making climate tinkering the subject of its first workshop in its new multidiscipline climate challenges program. The British parliament has also discussed the idea,” reports AP.

“The American Meteorological Society is crafting a policy statement on geoengineering that says “it is prudent to consider geoengineering’s potential, to understand its limits and to avoid rash deployment.”

However, a study of past and ongoing upper atmosphere aerosol programs confirms that the government has been active in this field for years.

The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program was created in 1989 with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is sponsored by the DOE’s Office of Science and managed by the Office of Biological and Environmental Research.

One of ARM’s programs, entitled Indirect and Semi-Direct Aerosol Campaign (ISDAC), is aimed at measuring “cloud simulations” and “aerosol retrievals”.

Another program under the Department of Energy’s Atmospheric Science Program is directed towards, “developing comprehensive understanding of the atmospheric processes that control the transport, transformation, and fate of energy related trace chemicals and particulate matter.”

The DOE website states that, “The current focus of the program is aerosol radiative forcing of climate: aerosol formation and evolution and aerosol properties that affect direct and indirect influences on climate and climate change.”

U.S. government scientists are already bombarding the skies with the acid-rain causing pollutant sulphur dioxide in an attempt to fight global warming by “geo-engineering” the planet, despite the fact that injecting aerosols into the upper atmosphere carries with it a host of both known and unknown dangers.

The proposal to disperse sulphur dioxide in an attempt to reflect sunlight was discussed in a September 2008 London Guardian article entitled, Geoengineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming, in which Ken Caldeira, a leading climate scientist based at the Carnegie Institution in Stanford, California, promoted the idea of injecting the atmosphere with aerosols.

“One approach is to insert “scatterers” into the stratosphere,” states the article. “Caldeira cites an idea to deploy jumbo jets into the upper atmosphere and deposit clouds of tiny particles there, such as sulphur dioxide. Dispersing around 1m tonnes of sulphur dioxide per year across 10m square kilometres of the atmosphere would be enough to reflect away sufficient amounts of sunlight.”

Experiments similar to Caldeira’s proposal are already being carried out by U.S. government -backed scientists, such as those at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C, who last year began conducting studies which involved shooting huge amounts of particulate matter, in this case “porous-walled glass microspheres,” into the stratosphere.

The project is closely tied to an idea by Nobel Prize winner Paul Crutzen, who “proposed sending aircraft 747s to dump huge quantities of sulfur particles into the far-reaches of the stratosphere to cool down the atmosphere.”

Such programs merely scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to geo-engineer the planet, with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender.

What is known about what happens when the environment is loaded with sulphur dioxide is bad enough, since the compound is the main component of acid rain, which according to the EPA “Causes acidification of lakes and streams and contributes to the damage of trees at high elevations (for example, red spruce trees above 2,000 feet) and many sensitive forest soils. In addition, acid rain accelerates the decay of building materials and paints, including irreplaceable buildings, statues, and sculptures that are part of our nation’s cultural heritage.”

The health effects of bombarding the skies with sulphur dioxide alone are enough to raise serious questions about whether such programs should even be allowed to proceed.

- Disturbance of blood circulation
- Heart damage
- Effects on eyes and eyesight
- Reproductive failure
- Damage to immune systems
- Stomach and gastrointestinal disorder
- Damage to liver and kidney functions
- Hearing defects
- Disturbance of the hormonal metabolism
- Dermatological effects
- Suffocation and lung embolism

According to the LennTech website, “Laboratory tests with test animals have indicated that sulfur can cause serious vascular damage in veins of the brains, the heart and the kidneys. These tests have also indicated that certain forms of sulfur can cause foetal damage and congenital effects. Mothers can even carry sulfur poisoning over to their children through mother milk. Finally, sulfur can damage the internal enzyme systems of animals.”

Fred Singer, president of the Science Environmental Policy Project and a skeptic of man-made global warming theories, warns that the consequences of tinkering with the planet’s delicate eco-system could have far-reaching dangers.

“If you do this on a continuous basis, you would depress the ozone layer and cause all kinds of other problems that people would rather avoid,” said Singer.

Even Greenpeace’s chief UK scientist – a staunch advocate of the man-made global warming explanation – Doug Parr has slammed attempts to geo-engineer the planet as “outlandish” and “dangerous”.

Stephen Schneider of Stanford University, who recently proposed a bizarre plan to send spaceships into the upper atmosphere that would be used to block out the Sun, admits that geo-engineering could cause “conflicts between nations if geoengineering projects go wrong.”

Given all the immediate dangers associated with bombarding the atmosphere with sulphur dioxide, along with the unknown dangers of other geo-engineering projects, many people are concerned that “chemtrails” are a secret component of the same agenda to alter the Earth’s eco-system.

This is horrifying, and so obvious that there can be no doubt, from anyone, that this is not meant for a specific purpose, and this is NOT a natural contrail residue or anything of that nature.

The largest coordinated global engineering project in the history of our species. People across the world are noticing planes crossing back and forth in the sky leaving in their wake a trail of vapor that does not evaporate. These are not your normal commercial airlines following a preordained path from city to city. There mysterious unmarked planes leave smoke-like trails behind them that spread until by the afternoon they have blossomed and grown until the skies have become overcast. Officials from the Air Traffic Control the EPA and the Air Force will not respond to questions regarding this phenomenon.

Dort steht in der Tat etwas Seltsames, es ist ein gigantischer Radiowellensender mit 180 Antennen, heißt HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research), entstammt dem Kalten Krieg und sucht oft neue Verwendungszwecke. Geplant wurde es Mitte der Achtzigerjahre für die militärische Kommunikation: Es sollte Kontakt mit getauchten U-Booten ermöglichen, das geht nur mit extrem tiefen Frequenzen, die kommen weit durch Wasser. Wenn man ihnen in besonders konzentrierten Regionen („electro-jets“) Energie zuführt – sie mit Radiowellen „heizt“ –, könnten sie das Signal verstärken und in die Meere bringen.

So das Prinzip, es funktioniert auch, der Physiker Dennis Papadopoulus (Naval Research Laboratory, Washington) hat es erdacht und wollte es mit HAARP realisieren. Aber die Anlage war noch nicht fertig, da entfiel der Zweck: „Es gibt keine U-Boote der anderen Seite mehr“, beschreibt Papadopoulos das Dilemma. Dafür tauchten früh andere Feinde auf: Anrainer sahen am Himmel über der mysteriösen Anlage „grünes Leuchten“ und am Boden neben ihr „Karibus rückwärtsgehen“, und das war nur der Beginn, HAARP zog die Verschwörungstheoretiker an: Man experimentiere mit „Todesstrahlen“ oder mit Strahlen, die die Gehirne der halben Menschheit manipulieren, man wolle das Wetter beherrschen. Zusammengefasst wurde alles von Nick Begich –im Buch „Angels Don’t Play This HAARP“–, er wurde zu einer Anhörung des EU-Parlaments geladen, das zum Schluss kam, HAARP sei ein „klimabeeinträchtigendes Waffensystem“.
